About the Role:

As the Sales and Customer Relations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in welcoming customers to Payton Violins and guiding them through their purchasing journey. You will often be the first point of contact for our clients, making your role vital in shaping their initial impressions and experiences. Your expertise in sales and customer service will be integral to delivering exceptional experiences and fostering strong client relationships. At Payton Violins, we believe in the power of teamwork and collective success, so while you'll lead customer interactions, you'll also collaborate closely with our team to ensure that every client feels valued and supported. Your ability to communicate effectively and maintain detailed records will help ensure smooth operations and enable your colleagues to perform their roles efficiently.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Excellence: Lead retail sales of instruments, bows, and accessories, using your expertise to match customers with the right products.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Consultative Selling: Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations.
  • Collaboration with Team: Work closely with the workshop staff to ensure seamless customer interactions and support operational initiatives, and work with the President to provide seamless business operations.
  • Market Expansion: Work closely with the President to identify opportunities to expand Payton Violins' reach through innovative sales strategies, initiatives, partnerships, and marketing campaigns.
  • Operational Support: Proactively maintain accurate CRM records and anticipate team needs to facilitate smooth operations. Ensure inventory is pristine and showroom aesthetics are upheld, reflecting our commitment to quality. A detail-oriented mindset and keen awareness of surroundings will be essential in supporting our collaborative team environment and enhancing the customer experience.
